Are you one of those fabulous women that has curves, and you
would like to know a fun way of showing them off? There are
several ways to make your figure look the way that you want. It
is all in the manner that you carry yourself. Being confident
and following a few basic rules on how to dress will make you
look like the woman you want to be.

The first rule is to go out and buy the correct size bra. A good
bra will make your outfits look the way that they should. Having
curves is a wonderful thing to have, but you need to know how to
make them fit right with your clothing style. It is amazing what
a great bra can do for your figure.

The second rule is buying clothes that are the right size for
you. So, go ahead and throw away all those clothes that are too
baggy on you. Say hello to a more fun, alive figure. Stop hiding
it. Wearing sizes too big or small for your body frame will only
accentuate your weight, and not your lovely curves. You do not
want to wear shapeless styles. Try wearing semi-fitted
separates. It will make you look taller and thinner, and make it
look like you have a more sculpted waist. Wear tops that just
skim your waist and hips. Jackets should be worn just to the
length of your fingertips. As for your bottoms, select clothes
that tend to taper downwards. It will look better than other
styles. Skirts will look good if they are not too high. If you
can sit in your skirt without it ridding up on you, then you are
all set. Shift dresses are great especially with a round
neckline. It will even out your proportions wonderfully.

The third rule is not to wear anything that is too bold, and
that calls extra attention to yourself. That means no super bold
prints, no big patch pockets, no oversized buttons or bows, and
no horizontal patterns. You want to wear a nice crisp line of
color, and then accessorize with just a few simple accessories
such as jewelry or a scarf. Sometimes even just wearing one
solid color all over is great look. It will add height to your
frame, and shrink your width.

The last rule is very easy. You should buy the best quality that
you can afford. Quality fabrics can make all the difference in
how you look. Fine fabrics look better than stiff fabrics that
can add inches onto your body. In addition, well-made clothes
will hold their shape better. Better shape will improve your
shape too. If you follow all these rules, you will look and feel
better. So go out, and let your light shine. Better clothes, for
a better you!

What is strasses jewelry?

In a distant country of France, where poets were singing sonnets
to beautiful women, a Jeweler George Frederick Strass created an
idea of covering a faceted glass with a special metal powder.
There was nothing special about covering glass with metal, but..
this special covering was creating an unusual, rainbow-like
effect on glass, which made it look just like diamonds!
Can you imagine wearing glass that looks like a diamond. That
has the same rainbow effect, but it costs 10 times less? It
blows my mind actually. Diamonds at half price -okay, I can
imagine this, but ten times cheaper? Unbeliveable!
Are
there any valid reasons to wear glass instead of geniuine
diamond? Of course - first of all it may be unacceptable to wear
real diamonds in daylight. You might be worried about your
security. The wheater may be against you - for example - you can
be on beach, where real diamonds aren’t acceptabel. Yet the
rhinestone jewelry is not expensive at all and you can wear a
lot of it. Some of it can even be attached directly to your
body.

Rhinestones, put simply, are glasses with
faceted top and a very thin foil at the very bottom - that way
the light reflects and refracts in glass like it couldn’t -
because glass is less refreactive tha diamonds - light passes it
through, when in real diamonds a full inner refleсtion is
happening.

Chaton Roses are flat-bottom rhinestones
(it is pronounce “shayton”). They have Aurora Boreale effect
(”Northern Lights”, which can be seen in Northern Poles when
millions of ion particles enter unprotected with magnetic field
atmosphere). It’s just a matter of simple physics dispersion
(hmm, didn’t we all learn this at school), and the laws of the
light were discovered in 10th centuries (actually rediscovered
in 17th century) and it took centuries to apply it to glass to
make it seem like a diamond (talking about rhinestone jewellery
of course).

So what are they uses for those little
sprkling things? Chaton Roses have a lot of uses, like body
jewelry (some of it can even be used to swim - a special kind of
glue makes it water-resistable for a week or so, and it looks
really amazing - actually I was pretty stunned when I first saw
this kind of body jewelry); it is also used in dance costumes,
as bridal jewelry.

These stones are real
jewelry-makers dream. But you’d better be persistent enough -
you might need tens of thousands of stones to decorate a
costume, yet you might need only tens to make a little
love-heart shaped thing near your belly button. It’s really fun
and think of the looks of it.

The most known brand
to produce such crystals is (of course) Swarovski crystals. You
should easily find those in Internet.

PMS Symptoms

The majority of women experience premenstrual syndrome or PMS at some point during their lives. PMS is an umbrella term used to describe a large number of symptoms women may experience during the premenstrual part of their monthly cycles. While all women undergo monthly hormonal changes that can cause various premenstrual symptoms, some women do not experience these symptoms. In women who experience symptoms, they can range from mild to severe enough to interfere with normal daily activities. Many women may have PMS symptoms that vary greatly in intensity and duration from one month to the next. Stress worsens PMS symptoms in many women.

A woman with PMS may undergo mood swings or become anxious or depressed. Irritability or decreased concentration may also occur. Sometimes, these symptoms may become severe enough to need medical attention and medication. Emotional symptoms also contribute to certain behaviors, such as aggression or withdrawal from normal social interaction with people one is close to.

Physical symptoms can also occur and may vary greatly in severity. Breast tenderness, bloating, and weight gain are common. Increased pain sensitivity and specific hormonal changes may lead to breast tenderness, abdominal cramps, backaches, headaches, migraines, and joint or muscle pain. There may be changes in sleep and bowel patterns. Fatigue and decreased sexual desire may also be reported. Certain food cravings may lead to overeating.

An extreme form of PMS is called premenstrual dysphoric disorder, or PMDD. A woman may feel like she has lost control over her life or suffer from a sense of hopelessness or guilt. These negative feelings may lead to a complete withdrawal from friends and family and may even result in an inability to cope with one’s work routine. Women with PMDD should seek medical attention to alleviate their symptoms.
